I have been riding since I was a child and have experimented with many different disciplines.

when I
spent severaldanced years dancing professionally after training
aswhile a
dancer whilestudent attendingat FSU.
While still During inthis collegetime, I was Assistant Artistic Director of Tallahassee Civic Ballet, performing principal roles and teaching junior members of the company. After graduating from FSU in 1980, I joined Southern Ballet Theatre in Orlando, Florida as a member of their professional company. While there I performed principal and soloist roles and taught ballet and repertory classes in their adjacent school. From 1982 until 1988, I was a member of Tampa Ballet, also in the professional company and again performing principal and soloist roles. While in Tampa, I taught ballet, organized the touring schedule, staged repertory, and was Assistant Executive Director of Tampa Ballet. In 1985, I choreographed "Romeo and Juliet" for St. Petersburg Opera. In 1988, I began riding again and joined my sister, Martha Deasy-Little, competing in Combined Training, Eventing, and Dressage. From 1989 to 1990 I was the manager of Steve Wilson's Heaven Trees Farm, a polo facility, in Mandarin south of Jacksonville. I moved to the Gainesville area to start my own farm in August of 1990.
